My name is Rahel – and my passion is to bring you closer to yourself again.
Away from constantly functioning. Away from the external. Towards the place where you truly feel yourself.

Including meditation, yoga nidra, breathwork, vinyasa & yin yoga and traditional Thai massage

I will accompany you in becoming more aware of your body,

to understand your emotions and find inner peace.

 

Yoga has changed my life – not just physically, but on a much deeper level.

 

Today I am passing on exactly that:
A deeper connection to yourself. More trust in yourself. More ease in dealing with your feelings.

You don't have to become anything.
You can simply be yourself again.

About me

Aloha, my name is Rahel.

Born on July 27, 1987, I love the sun, the sea and the beach – places that ground me and constantly remind me how good it feels to simply be.

I am a cheerful person, I like to laugh and I find joy in the little things.
But I also know how it feels to lose yourself – and how valuable it is to find your way back to yourself.

That is precisely the core of my work today:
To create spaces where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and find your way back to yourself step by step.

Less in your head. More in your body. More with you.

My story

There was a time in my life when I was almost constantly living outside of myself. Always busy. Always moving. Always chasing the next high, the next distraction, the next bit of validation.
For a long time, I believed happiness was something you find. In other people. In attention. In closeness. In moments that briefly make you forget what’s actually missing inside.

One of my greatest passions was surfing — both in the ocean and in wave pools. Then there were people, experiences, action. As long as something was always happening. Real stillness was something I barely knew.

Then a serious accident happened.

From one moment to the next, I was forced to pause my entire active life. No more sports. No more surfing. No more constantly being on the go. No more escaping.

And suddenly, everything became quiet.

The physical pain was often easier to handle than what was happening inside of me. Because for the first time, I could no longer run from myself. I was suddenly confronted with my thoughts, my fears, and this inner restlessness that I had been covering up with distractions for a very long time.

And honestly, it was extremely hard.

Back then, I often wished I had someone who truly understood me. Someone who didn’t immediately try to fix everything or give superficial advice. Just someone who was simply there.

That was where my real journey began.

First through yoga. Then deeper and deeper.

Through meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement practices, I slowly found my way back to myself.
Later, I began diving deeply into yoga, breathwork, nervous system work, and emotional healing. Not because it was “trendy” — but because I realized I didn’t want to continue living the way I had been.

I had to learn how to sit with myself. To feel myself. To take myself seriously.

And that wasn’t always easy.

Life doesn’t move in a straight line. There are highs and lows. Times filled with ease, and phases where it feels like the ground beneath your feet disappears.

It wasn’t always easy for me to stay positive either.

But that’s exactly where yoga helped me. Not by making me perfect. Not by forcing me to constantly function. But by helping me slowly reconnect with myself again.

Today, I know that real safety is not created outside of you. Not through relationships. Not through attention. Not through constantly chasing new stimulation or new people. But through the connection to yourself.

My entire lifestyle changed because of that. And for the first time in my life, I can honestly say: I truly feel good being alone with myself.
That doesn’t mean everything is always easy. But today I know what it feels like to be able to hold myself through difficult moments.

And that is exactly why I now guide others on this path.

Not from above. Not as someone perfect. Not with empty promises. But as a human being walking beside you.

I know what it feels like to feel lonely inside, even when people are around. I know how exhausting it is to always appear strong. And I also know how much courage it takes to honestly face your own inner struggles.

My work is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about becoming more of who you truly are.

Without the mask. Without constantly functioning. Without losing yourself in the outside world anymore.

It's not about practicing perfectly or being particularly flexible. It's about reconnecting more consciously with yourself – completely without pressure to perform.

Together we'll create a session that's perfect for you. Whether it's an energizing Vinyasa Flow, a calming Yin Yoga session, meditation, or a breathwork practice tailored specifically to you – everything can be adapted to your physical and mental needs.

Sometimes powerful and energizing. Sometimes calm, regulating and relaxing.

Together we'll discuss what you need right now, and create your personal practice from that.

After that, you can continue practicing independently or continue to be accompanied by me.

Prices:

One-time 60min = CHF 170.- / regular CHF 140.-
(each additional person + CHF 70.-)

One-time 90-minute session = CHF 190.- / Regular session CHF 160.-

Traditional Thai massage

Deep relaxation through touch, stillness, and letting go.

Traditional Nuad Thai massage combines mindful touch with pressure techniques, passive stretches, and gentle joint mobilization. The treatment is performed with the client comfortably clothed.

Massage can help to release tension and energetic blockages, calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.

I recently booked a NuadThai with Rahel. This was a completely new experience for me, as I had only tried "normal" massages up until then. The NuadThai was very pleasant.
